12th – 15th September 2019
Conference 2019 will have 4 full days again!!! Thursday to Sunday!
Registration Fee
Members registration fee for 2019 conference is:
- Early Bird (8th Feb – 31st March) : 238 €
- Regular (1st April – 9th September) : 297,50 €
- On Site Registration (10th-14th Sep.) : 357 €
Non-Members pay +75 € … annual members fee is 60 € – signup here!
Thursday 12th September:
- Doors open: 7:00am for Breakfast etc.
- At 10:00am Registration opens
- First Class(es): start at 1:00pm
- Last Class(es): end at 8:30pm
- From 9:00pm on we will meet and greet at the Bar!
- Show Night 1 @Unperfekthaus Stage Room starts at 10:00pm (at midnight continues at the bar – open end)
Friday 13th September:
- Doors open: 7:00am for Breakfast etc.
- At 9:00am Registration opens
- First Class(es): start at 11:00am
- Sponsors Expo opens 1:00pm
- Sponsors Expo closes 7:00pm
- Last Class(es): end at 8:30pm
- Show Night 2 @Unperfekthaus Stage Room starts at 10:00pm (at midnight continues at the bar – open end)
Saturday 14th September:
- Doors open: 7:00am for Breakfast etc.
- At 8:00am Registration opens
- First Class(es): start at 9:00am
- Sponsors Expo opens 12:00am
- Sponsors Expo closes 7:00pm
- Last Class(es): end at 8:30pm
- Show Night 3 @Unperfekthaus Stage Room starts at 10:00pm (at midnight continues at the bar – open end)
- Raffle Draw will be before second Show around 10:30-11:00pm
Sunday 15th September:
- Doors open: 8:00am for Breakfast etc.
- First Class(es): start at 9:00am
- Sponsors Expo opens 10:00am
- Last Class(es): end at 5:30pm
- Sponsors Expo closes 6:00pm
- Pick up your certificate at the Registration Desk until 8:00pm
- 8:00pm venue closes – if you want you can stay @Unperfekthaus Bar/Restaurant it stays open!
