– Building Trust: Techniques for establishing a strong rapport with clients.

– Effective Communication: Strategies for clear and empathetic communication to alleviate client anxiety.

– Pain Management: Utilising breathing techniques and other methods to minimise discomfort.

– Room Control: Creating a calm and controlled environment to enhance the client’s experience.
