Ryan Ouellette

Ryan Ouellette, owner of Precision Body Arts in New Hampshire, is an accomplished body piercer and international scarification artist with over twelve years experience. Ryan is a program contributor and instructor for the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) conference, and a former BME staff member and writer. He specializes in area removal scarification techniques and complex designs. This is Ryan’s second time instructing with BMXNET.
