Registration / Anmeldung

Registration opens on THURSDAY at 4pm (16:00), so everybody who does NOT want to stand in line Friday morning should come and register!! Also on THURSDAY it will be possible to do some suspension from 6pm (18:00) and we have some room open for activity of any kind … so be creative or just come and chill with us! IMPORTANT!!! This day (THURSDAY) is not a conference day … so if you want to enter the house you have to pay the house! But it starts at 5,50 EUR for an all you can drink beverage flatrate and also they have the restaurant open!! If you are not fine with spending that little something extra, come Friday – that day is included in the Conference fee!!!

Die Anmeldung für das Seminar öffnet bereits am DONNERSTAG um 16:00 Uhr! Wer am Freitag Morgen nicht in der Schlange stehen möchte, der sollte auf jeden Fall diese gelegenheit nutzen! Ab 18 Uhr gibt es auch die Möglichkeit eine Suspension im Haus zu machen und die Seminarräume stehen für kreative Freizeitgesteltung zur verfügung ;-) WICHTIG!!! Der Donnerstag ist noch kein Veranstaltungtag, wer also ins haus möchte muss entsprechenden Eintritt zahlen – aber der geht ja schon bei rund 5,50 EUR für die getränkeflatrate los und das Restaurant hat auch geöffnet! Wer sich das geld sparen möchte, sollte dann erst Freitag kommen!!

Payment / Zahlung

Just a quick note for people who wonder that they got no payment verification this year: If you paid, you’re fine!!! We did not send eMails out to acknowledge received payment … no worries!!! If you have not paid for some reason we might already have wrote about it … if not … you can pay at the venue and buy the team a beer for missing all final calls ;-)))
IMPORTANT!! Don’t forget the payment you made so far is ONLY the conference fee that goes to BMXnet e.V. … at registration desk you still have to pay 75 EUR (tax included) for all you can eat all day buffet and an all day beverage flatrate (25 EUR per day)!!! Don’t forget to bring cash, it might be possible to pay the house by card, but since we collect the money at the registration desk it will be a little hassle and waiting to arrange card payment!

Wer sich wundert das es keine Empfangsbestätigungs-eMail für seine Zahlung gab, der braucht keine Angst haben. Wir haben die dieses Jahr nicht verschickt! Wer keine Mahnung oder bösen Worte bekommen hat ist auf der “sicheren Seite” … für den Fall das jemand es verschusselt hat pünktlich zu bezahlen, derjenige kann vor Ort zahlen und dem Team nen Bier ausgeben als Bestechung ;-)))
WICHTIG!!! Nicht vergessen – die bisher gezahlte Summe war nur für die Veranstaltung und wurde an BMXnet e.V. bezahlt. Vor Ort muss man noch die 75 EUR (brutto) an das Haus bezahlen für die Essens und Getränke Flatrate. Da wir bei der Registrierung das Geld für das Haus einsammeln, ist Bargeld am besten. Es ist zwar möglich beim Haus mit Karte zu bezahlen, aber es ist auf jeden Fall ein extra Aufwand und man muss sich auf evtl. Wartezeiten einstellen!

Roadmap to Conference

What’s next? What happens when? These questions are asked a lot these days … so here is a quick overview: “roadmap to conference” …
Was passiert als nächstes? Was kommt wann? Diese und andere Fragen werden viel gestellt zur Zeit, hier geben wir euch also mal einen Überblick über die Planung: “roadmap to conference” …

around 24th August

Hotel informations will be eMailed to everybody and put on the webpages attendees only group … we have a deal with a hotel nearby (5 minutes walking distance) and they charge a room rate of 65 EUR per night (no matter if it is double or single room) – by the way the venue is open until midnight – so that is where the action is – then you should sleep, cause it opens at 9 and classes start around 10 in the morning!
Die Hotel Buchungsinformationen werden an alle Teilnehmer per eMail gesendet und in der geschlossenen Teilnehmer Gruppe gepostet … wir haben einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Hotel in der Nähe, die bieten zum Sonderpreis von 65 EUR einen Zimmerpreis (also egal ob Doppel- oder Einzelzimmer)! Das Unperfekthaus ist übriegns bis Mitternacht geöffnet und morgens um 9 gehts mit Frühstücksbuffet los und um 10 starten die Klassen – Party in der Hotelbar ist also gefährlich ;)

Classes, Workshops and Seminars are finalized and booked.
Themen der Vorträge, Workshops und Seminare werden final festgelegt und gebucht.

September

Classes, Workshops and Seminars are published on the webpage, also registration for limited or extra paid seminars starts – first come, first served! Also we will eMail everybody to collect sizes/orders for this years conference shirt (we decided to go for limited edition to reduce the price or get it 100% sponsored).
Eine Liste der Vorträge, Workshops und Seminare wird auf der Webseite veröffentlicht, dort können dann auch die Seminare mit limitierter teilnehmerzahl oder extra zu bezahlende Seminare gebucht werden – wer zu erst kommt, malt zu erst! Es geht dann auch eine eMail an alle um Größen und Bestellungen für das diesjährige T-Shirt einzusammeln (wir haben uns entschlossen weniger zu produzieren und dafür den Preis zu senken oder die Shirts ganz sponsorn zu lassen).

Thursday 13th October

Everybody meets at the Unperfekthaus, Registration opens at 4pm and some pre-conference workshops and seminars have a first run at 6pm. Registration close at 8pm and we all hang out, have dinner and do a WELCOME PARTY! Drinks and food is not included in the conference fee for Thursday but it’s not expensive – the beverage all you can drink flatrate for example cost 5,50 EUR! Friday to Sunday all day food and beverage is included in the conference fee (it’s that 75 EUR (tax included) you pay cash at registration (directly to the house)!!)
Am Donnerstag treffen sich alle im Unperfekthaus und wir richten uns ein. Um 16 Uhr öffnet dann die Registrierung und ab 18 Uhr laufen ein paar Seminare und Workshops schon mal vorab, dann verpasst man weniger am Wochenende wenn man in einem mehrstündigen Seminar hockt! Die Registrierung macht um 20 uhr dicht und dann geht es ins Restaurant zum Abendessen, Getränke und PAAARTYY!! Getränke und das Essen sind am Donnerstag übrigens noch nicht im Preis inbegriffen (die 75 EUR (inkl. MwSt.) die an der Registrierung direkt an das haus bezahlt werden, decken den Fr. bis So. ab). Die Preise im Unperfekthaus sind aber absolut human, eine nicht-alkoholische Getränkeflatrate kostet für den ganzen Tag z.B. nur 5,50 EUR!

Friday 14th October

Venue opens at 9am with an amazing breakfast buffet and registration will be ready and waiting for you! An exact schedule will be available End September!
Das Unperfekthaus öffnet um 9 Uhr die Tore zum großartigen Frühstücksbuffet und die Regiestrierung ist auch bereit für euch! Der endgültige Stundenplan der dann folgenden Klassen steht Ende September!
