The conference (and Expo) itself will start Friday 17th of September, on Thursday 16th we will have whole-day seminars and workshops. That day is NOT a part of the regular conference!! Once we have so many ppl together we figured out that it might be interesting for some to go large on some topics. So on that thursday we will have whole (or half) day classes and workshops (in smaller groups – space might be limited!) about handpoking, suspension, scarification, sterilisation, implants, speakers training and some more. The thursday is NOT included in the seminar fee and depending on the workshop/class you want to attend there might be extra costs! More informations are coming soon, as well as a separate registration form for all the thursday events!
Das eigentliche Seminar (und Verkaufs-Expo) beginnt erst am Freitag (17. Sep.), allerdings haben wir am Donnerstag (16. Sep.)und Workshops abzuhalten. Da nun mal so viele Leute und Dozenten zusammen kommen, wollen wir die Chance nutzen und jedem, der gern tiefer in ein Thema einsteigen will die Möglichkeit dazu geben. An dem Donnerstag wird es also ausführliche Seminare und Workshops (in kleineren Gruppen als die Vorträge am Wochenende – evtl. beschränkte Teilnehmerzahl!) zu Themen wie Handpoking, Suspension, Scarification, Sterilisation und Hygiene, Implantate, Doznten-Training und einiges mehr geben – Details sind derzeit in Planung! Die Vorträge und Workshops am Donnerstag ist NICHT in der Teilnahmegebühr des Seminars inklusive – es können also zusätzliche Kosten anfallen! Mehr Infos und eine gsonderte Anmeldung für die gebotenen Vorträge und Workshops gibt es in Kürze!
In this registration form we ask for your adress twice – first your personal adress for contact and material that might be send to you and secondly the exact invoice adress and contact – please fill out BOTH adresses even if they are th same!! For cancelation of a signup there is a fee of 25 EUR until 20th of August 2010, cancelation after August 20th have a fee of 50 EUR! Current BMXnet Members have no cancelation fees, only a 5 EUR service fee and bank/paypal fees if charged! After 12th September 2010 cancelation is not possible anymore – BMXnet eV will have been billed for all costs by then and the money is spend. Exceptions may be possible if flights are cancelled or a doctors attestation of a serious sickness that made it impossible to attend is shown.
Im Registrierungsformular wird zwei mal deine Adresse abgefragt, einmal deine persönliche Adresse und Kontaktinfos für Material oder Fragen direkt an dich und zweitens die Rechnungsadresse und Kontakt zu Zahlungen usw. – bitte fülle beide Adresseangaben aus, auch wenn die gleich sind!! Änderungen können nach der Anmeldung NICHT MEHR BERÜCKSICHTIGT werden!!! Wir wollen damit unsere Büroarbeit reduzieren und hoffen auf eure Unterstütung! Danke! Bitte auch nur jeweils EINE PERSON pro Registrierung!!!
Bei Stornierung der Anmeldung vor dem 20.8.2010 fallen 25 EUR Gebühren an, der Rest wird erstattet. Bei Stornierung nach dem 20.8.2010 werden 50 EUR Gebühren fällig. Ein aktives BMXnet-Mitglied hat die Möglichkeit kostenfrei zu stornieren, es fällt nur eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 5 EUR und evtl. angefallene Gebühren (PayPal) an! Ab dem 12.09.2008 ist keine Stornierung mehr möglich, die Kosten sind dann für den Verein bereits fällig und das Geld ist ausgegeben. Ausnahmen dieser Regelung sind nur möglich wenn es kurzfristige Flug-Absagen gab (Regress der Fluglinie?) oder ernsthafte Erkrankungen die eine Teilnahme unmöglich machen (Attest vom Arzt).
