Registration / Anmeldung
Registration opens on THURSDAY at 4pm (16:00), so everybody who does NOT want to stand in line Friday morning should come and register!! Also on THURSDAY it will be possible to do some suspension from 6pm (18:00) and we have some room open for activity of any kind … so be creative or just come and chill with us! IMPORTANT!!! This day (THURSDAY) is not a conference day … so if you want to enter the house you have to pay the house! But it starts at 5,50 EUR for an all you can drink beverage flatrate and also they have the restaurant open!! If you are not fine with spending that little something extra, come Friday – that day is included in the Conference fee!!!
Die Anmeldung für das Seminar öffnet bereits am DONNERSTAG um 16:00 Uhr! Wer am Freitag Morgen nicht in der Schlange stehen möchte, der sollte auf jeden Fall diese gelegenheit nutzen! Ab 18 Uhr gibt es auch die Möglichkeit eine Suspension im Haus zu machen und die Seminarräume stehen für kreative Freizeitgesteltung zur verfügung ;-) WICHTIG!!! Der Donnerstag ist noch kein Veranstaltungtag, wer also ins haus möchte muss entsprechenden Eintritt zahlen – aber der geht ja schon bei rund 5,50 EUR für die getränkeflatrate los und das Restaurant hat auch geöffnet! Wer sich das geld sparen möchte, sollte dann erst Freitag kommen!!
Payment / Zahlung
Just a quick note for people who wonder that they got no payment verification this year: If you paid, you’re fine!!! We did not send eMails out to acknowledge received payment … no worries!!! If you have not paid for some reason we might already have wrote about it … if not … you can pay at the venue and buy the team a beer for missing all final calls ;-)))
IMPORTANT!! Don’t forget the payment you made so far is ONLY the conference fee that goes to BMXnet e.V. … at registration desk you still have to pay 75 EUR (tax included) for all you can eat all day buffet and an all day beverage flatrate (25 EUR per day)!!! Don’t forget to bring cash, it might be possible to pay the house by card, but since we collect the money at the registration desk it will be a little hassle and waiting to arrange card payment!
Wer sich wundert das es keine Empfangsbestätigungs-eMail für seine Zahlung gab, der braucht keine Angst haben. Wir haben die dieses Jahr nicht verschickt! Wer keine Mahnung oder bösen Worte bekommen hat ist auf der “sicheren Seite” … für den Fall das jemand es verschusselt hat pünktlich zu bezahlen, derjenige kann vor Ort zahlen und dem Team nen Bier ausgeben als Bestechung ;-)))
WICHTIG!!! Nicht vergessen – die bisher gezahlte Summe war nur für die Veranstaltung und wurde an BMXnet e.V. bezahlt. Vor Ort muss man noch die 75 EUR (brutto) an das Haus bezahlen für die Essens und Getränke Flatrate. Da wir bei der Registrierung das Geld für das Haus einsammeln, ist Bargeld am besten. Es ist zwar möglich beim Haus mit Karte zu bezahlen, aber es ist auf jeden Fall ein extra Aufwand und man muss sich auf evtl. Wartezeiten einstellen!
